The Brasserie
The brasserie welcomes you as a single person, a couple or a family. The menus elaborated by our chef, propose no more and no less than a traditional cooking, at the same time elegant, warm and greedy.
In a wooded décor, allying the charm and the modernity of the place, you will be able to savour a cocktail, an aperitif or a local liqueur at the bar or in our lounge.
The wine waiter Gaëtan TIRET gives a priority to the little wine owners so that you may discover exceptional regional wines.
Brasserie
The brasserie of the restaurant proposes a creative and flavourful, generous and family cooking.
Reserved for the half-board accommodation customers or for commercial agents, the brasserie will make discover traditional dishes, largely consisted of fresh products coming from our organic kitchen-garden.
And the Brasserie proposed every days some food for the hotel customers.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served at the brasserie of the hotel. We propose two possibilities:

A great place for meeting around an aperitif or a cocktail, the lounge of the hotel welcomes you for a moment of pleasure, relaxation and conviviality.
The bar
The bar of the hotel, the place of welcome, proposes its drink list. After a stroll in the forest or a skiing day, you will enjoy a nice moment before sitting down to eat.
