Outcome of my meeting with great chefs in the whole world, this new menu is at the same time charmingly inspired, exotic and modern. All our menus are essentially based on fresh products, selected by my care for their qualities. In every reason, discover new flavors, new notes through a traditional cooking revisited with my inspiration and my sensibility.
