Booking

All reservations must be made via written confirmation, either by fax (0033450900063), by email ( info@lacroixdesavoie.fr ) or by our secure website ( La Croix de Savoie )

Guarantee, deposit

· For the stays of 1 or 2 nights, a guaranteed by a valid credit card is required.

· For all stays, a deposit of 30% plus taxes will be charged to a valid credit card at time of booking

· For special offer, a deposit of 50% plus taxes will be charged to a valid credit card at time of booking. The full prepayment is required 30 days prior to the date of arrival

Cancellation fees

For the stays of 1 or 2 nights:

· No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time) on 3 day of arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

For all stays

· before 30 days we refund the deposit

· 29 to 15 days prior to check-in: 30% of the total value of the reservation.

· 14 to 8 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total value of the reservation.

· 7 to 0 days prior to check-in or no-shows: 100% of the total value of the reservation.

For the special offer :

· Deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified

Ensure that you agree and accept this terms and conditions, before completing your reservation

No Refund can be given in the event of non-arrival, any unused services or unused nights due to flight / weather disruption. We recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance.

La Croix de Savoie will confirm reservations by email.

Reservations will be considered tentative until the guest confirms and pays deposit.

Changes

Changes to confirmed reservations will be subject to the approval and availability of the hotel.
